After training with power for the last two seasons I can quantify changes and monitor progress while maximizing the effectiveness of each workout. But not without the adequate knowledge or coach can these units actually be useful. I completely agree with the price being outrageous. But after working in a bike store no one really needs a bike over 1500.00 but it is the amateur cyclist that really makes innovation possible in the bike community.
