Check out this info graphic I found the other day… and people wonder why there is an obesity epidemic in Canada. I am not saying I eat very well but Jesus, I don’t 200 liters of Coke in my body each year. The kicker is that most of those people are drinking that much while sitting on their ass watching Oprah all day. Zero motivation! someone should make a motivation pill, that might help a bit.
